A1: We are a ribbon factory in Changle, Weifang, Shandong, China, set up from 2003. Welcome to our factory at any time.

Q2: What are the products ranges of Reet?

A2: Reet is a manufacturer and supplier of polyester satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, Nylon organza ribbon, check ribbon, Jacquard Ribbon, printed ribbon, ribbon bows, elastic tapes, elastic bow, artifical flowers in China.

Q3: Do you have color charts?

A3: Yes, we have Satin Ribbon and Metallic Ribbon and Check Ribbon color charts. Please contact with our sales for color charts.

Q5. How long will it take to do samples?

A5. Sample time is about 5-7 work days.

Q6: How will my orders be shipped?

A6: By sea, If the order is in urgent, it can be shipped by air.

Q7: What is your payment term?

A7: LC or TT: 30% deposit and 70% balance with copy of BL. 

Q8: Can I print my logo on the ribbon? What's the MOQ?

A8: Yes, we can customize the ribbon with your logo. MOQ is 20000 Meters per design.

Q9: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A9: USD10000 per order by sea, if less than USD10000, plus charge USD100 as local shipping fee to Qingdao Port.

Q10: What is material of the ribbons?

A10: Most Ribbons are 100% Polyester, Organza Ribbon and part of Metallic Ribbon is with 100% Nylon.

Q11: How about your ribbon quality?

A11 : Select 100% polyester filament yarns and environment friendly dye and ink. Pass REACH and OEKO-TEX quality requirement.

Q12.How to deal with defect?

A12. Every defective product or quality problem can be replaced or compensated in the next order

About Artifical Flowers

Q1: What's the material of your artifical flowers?

A1: We have paper flowers, fomi flowers and plastic flowers. 

Q2: Can we place a sample order?

A2: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please contact our sales for sampling details.

Q3. How long will it take to receive the samples?

A3. Sample time is about 5-6 days and shipping time 

Q4: Do you have any MOQ for custom order?

A4: Yes, we do have a MOQ for custom designs. It depends on the specific designs. So please contact us for more details.

Q5. How to order the products?

A5. First, send us all the requirement of products you need. Quantity  Size, Colors and Logo or not)  
     Second, we agree on all the terms and get your payment to start your goods.
     Third, offer your documents and the pictures of the finished products to check.

     Finally, to tracking the goods until you get them.

Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A6: We usually ship by sea, It will take from 20days-30days, it depends on your country and port. If you need it urgently, it can be send by express: Fedex, DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.

Q7:Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A7: Yes. Any logos can be printed on the product. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: Do you have stocks, if not, how long will it take to produce?

A8: Normally we have stocks. If not enough stocks, we can reproduce for you, which will be finished within one week.
