From the afternoon of June 27 to the morning of June 28, 8 members of the China Textile Industry Federation, China Industrial Textile Industry Association and _ Textile and Garment Industry Association conducted on-site audits on the relevant matters concerning the application for the establishment of "China Famous Ribbon City" in Changle County, Shandong Province. Li Lingshen, Vice President of China Textile Industry Federation/President of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, Xing Guanlei, Secretary-General of Cluster Management Committee of China Textile Industry Federation, Zheng Junlin, Vice President of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, Zhang Chunhua, Secretary-General of Textile and Garment Industry Association, and other leaders attended the meeting.

Zhang Zhengmin, deputy county governor of Changle County, Qin Weisheng, director of the county economic and credit bureau, and Liu Hongyong, president of the county ribbon association, were accompanied by on-site inspections and visited four local enterprises.

On the morning of the 28th, a panel discussion was held. Finally, Li Lingshen, Vice President of the China Textile Federation and President of the Middle-class Association, made a speech. He introduced the situation of China's textile industry cluster, affirmed the achievements of the ribbon industry in Changle County, and emphasized the importance of high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry in the light of the recent Sino-US trade war. Five hopes and requirements are put forward for the construction of Changle Weaving Belt Cluster: to do a good job in scientific and technological innovation, to promote product upgrading, to develop advanced manufacturing industry, to innovate business models, and to build regional brands. Local leaders and enterprises attending the meeting said that they had broadened their horizons and benefited greatly from President Li's speech. At the same time, they pointed out the direction for the development of Changle ribbon industry and even county economy.
